Whenever necessary, we may make recourse to the use of specialized and advanced translation software in a bid to simplify and accelerate the translation process. Recourse to such software is made only in cases of voluminous and urgent projects and upon recommendation by the clients. Also, with us, clients have the possibility to require that we use specific software.
Irrespective of the software used, our team of experts blends the use IT & software resources and the manual processes to ensure that work is done accurately. We implore a manual process to minimize IT related risks and eliminate all possible risks associated with machine translation.
We also make use of modern technology and communication equipment to facilitate dialogue and to ensure that we clearly understand our client’s needs. We use smart phones, Bluetooth devices, computers, intercoms, televisions, radios, pagers, fax machines etc. We are also open to using social media and video conferencing software & Apps preferred or recommended by clients to participate in online meetings.
